The space
Welcome to our charming ground-floor apartment, accessible via a few steps leading to the rear entrance. Enter into a spacious living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Sink into our cosy sofa, which effortlessly transforms into a double bed.
Please let us know if you are planning on using the sofa bed as we will need to supply linen in advance. Please be advised that there is a sofa bed fee of £15 for the linen.
Enjoy the SMART TV with popular streaming channels and Freeview.
Our well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, while the dining area comfortably seats four. Patio doors open to a delightful decked area, providing a serene spot for an early morning coffee or a relaxing afternoon glass of wine.
The bedroom, situated at the rear of the apartment, offers a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. The bathroom boasts a full-size bath with a shower over it.
We are located within a 7-minute walk from Asda and Home Bargains, both of which are conveniently open until late.
Free on-street parking is available at the rear of the apartment, but this is subject to availability. Also, the surrounding streets have free on-street parking. Or you can visit the website JustPark, where you can book a parking space within a 5-minute walk of the flat.
Our home is ideal for couples, friends, or families eager to explore our fantastic town or for those seeking a home away from home while working away.
Guest access
The whole of the apartment is for guests use.
Other things to note
We have 4 steps up the the courtyard, where the key safe is located. Although once in the apartment you can come and go through the front door, which has no steps.
We welcome well behaved pets at a cost of £20.
We do have a washing machine avaliable during your stay. If you would like to use it, please make us aware at the time of your booking.
Our sofa pulls out to make a double sofa bed. If you have booked for two and want to use the sofa bed, please let us know at the time of booking so we can supply linen. There will be a charge of £15 for extra linen.
We keep a travel cot in the bedroom wardrobe for your use. If you would like the use of a high chair we can provide at a cost of £10.
Our TVs are Smart TVs and you are welcome to log into your account, but please remember to log out before you leave.
We ask you not to smoke or vape in the property. There is plenty of private outside space if you do wish to smoke.
Please be aware that the property is situated next to the road and you may hear noise from passers-by and traffic.
