Explore Oak Hut – Shropshire Shepherds Huts
Where you can find us
Built into the rolling Shropshire Hills National Landscape, there’s nothing to see here but the world stretched out in front of you. This is the perfect place to drop out of the hustle and bustle and dip directly into some peace and quiet. Stop thinking about all you have to do at home, and instead – all you can do here. There’s miles and miles of hikes to explore, massive vistas to discover, castles and market towns – even paragliding if you’ve the nerve for it.
Wake up to the lull of farm life, and fresh air pouring over your hut, and enjoy breakfast on the covered outdoor lounge to incredible views, as you chat through the day’s itinerary. It might be as active as a hike, with lunch at one of the local pubs, or as simple as a good book and lunch sizzling on the BBQ firepit. When the sun begins to dip, and the hillside in the distance turns golden – retire to the wood-fired hot tub to watch the stars begin to poke out, and clink champagne flutes, to a stay well-chosen.
