It might be as active as a hike, with lunch at one of the local pubs, or as simple as a good book and lunch sizzling on the BBQ firepit. When the sun begins to dip, and the hillside in the distance turns golden – retire to the wood-fired hot tub to watch the stars begin to poke out, and clink champagne flutes, to a stay well-chosen.
