WELCOME TO BANK HOUSE, BISHOP’S CASTLE
Enjoy the comfort of country house living at the heart of historic Bishop’s Castle. Bank house is an oasis of calm in this vibrant festival town and a perfect base for exploring the Shropshire Hills and Welsh Marches. Our five rooms are stylish, comfortable and contemporary while retaining the character of this delightful and spacious Georgian town house. The cosy oak panelled drawing room is a great place to curl up with a book in front of the fire or you could spend sunny afternoons on the south facing garden terrace.
You’ll be spoilt for choice with great walking and cycling routes at every turn, numerous castles, historic houses and gardens to explore, while Shrewsbury and Ludlow are within easy reach. And don’t forget to explore Bishop’s Castle with its independent shops and cafes, great beer and a full calendar of festivals and events.
